”Peter has coached me now for over four years, throughout times of immense change – organization turnaround, closedown, redundancy and career choices, starting a new role, and dealing with the many high level and complex challenges that face a CEO.   He has shown immense flexibility and versatility to adapt to whatever current challenges are being faced and to bring his skills to the problem in hand. He is even tempered, never flustered, and a very calming influence in an otherwise hectic working life. His sessions allow time for clear strategic thinking and a refocus on what’s important. He doesn’t shy away from challenging my views or exploring the consequences of decisions. He is ethical to the core.”
