She has over 15 years of experience in performance, culture and capability management, employment law, and in the way that all these themes have to do with employer image and employee experience.

JENNI'S BACKGROUND
Jenni's career journey began in the hospitality and tourism sector, but it wasn't long before the world of HR captivated her. Since 2008, she has been immersed in the HR field within the staffing industry, enabling her to amass a wealth of experience in personnel management and leadership. At the core of Jenni's expertise lies the management of well-being and work capacity, the processes of performance and daily management, and integrating all these aspects into corporate culture, employer branding, and employee experience.
Even in the midst of a hectic workload, Jenni maintains a warm presence and takes on even the biggest challenges calmly, tackling them one step at a time.
In order to be even stronger in her support of the people she coaches, Jenni has completed her Business Coach studies in early 2024.
